Welcome to the Website of Cathedral High School and John XXIII Middle School
We have developed this site for parents, both current and future, students, and community members. We will provide current information about the school and its many related events and activities. Our goal is to provide this information in a timely manner so that our website can be a useful tool for visitors.
Cathedral High School and John XXIII rests on a solid history of over 100 years of outstanding Catholic education. We serve the families of the St. Cloud area proudly, and a significant number of our students are members of third and fourth generation Cathedral families. Our goals are simple: to provide a rigorous and relevant academic program within a faith-enriched environment. We believe that it is our responsibility to identify and develop each student’s individual gifts and talents, in the classroom and on the athletic field, or in other extracurricular activities. Our students are also expected to complete a meaningful service experience that hopefully helps them to realize that service is a natural part of the Christian life.
We offer small classes, within a safe environment – both physically and emotionally safe. There is great school pride at Cathedral/J23 and it is especially apparent during our athletics and activities. Our participation percentages for extracurricular activities are truly phenomenal. We encourage you to attend a game or a play or a concert. You will see happy, engaged students who, because of their experiences at Cathedral/John XXIII, will enter the world prepared to be productive citizens and lifelong learners.
